Inibsa's Dentocaine is a 4% articaine hydrochloride local anesthetic for dental use, which includes a vasoconstrictor, epinephrine, to prolong its effect. It is used for infiltration and nerve block anesthesia in the mouth, offering a rapid onset (about 2 minutes) and varying durations of pulpal (60-75 minutes) and soft tissue (180-360 minutes) anesthesia, depending on the specific epinephrine concentration.
