Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement by reaching out to our customer service team. Once an order has been processed and shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. Successful cancellations will result in a full refund issued to the original payment method.
3. Refund Policy:
Refunds are processed within 5-7 days of receiving returned items. The original payment method will be credited, with shipping and handling charges non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
4. Defective or Damaged Items:
Damaged or defective items must be returned in their original condition with all accompanying accessories. Please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order. Chinese items found to be defective must be reported within 24 hours after parcel receipt, as returns will not be accepted thereafter.
